Ticket Policies

All Ticket Orders are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.  
 
Ticket Handling Fees

All tickets purchases are subject to a handling fee prescribed as follows:  
Ticket Exchanges

Tickets on purchased events may be exchanged if done so 2 days  prior to the event.  Exchanges can only be done in person at the box office.

Exchange Fees are as follows (per ticket exchanged):
            Original Ticket Price   $00.01 - $19.99  Fee - $2.00 
            Original Ticket Price   $20.00 - $49.99  Fee - $5.00
            Original Ticket Price   $50.00 plus         Fee - $10.00


If an exchange results in moving to an event of a lesser the price, the remaining amount will be placed on a Gift Certificate to be used at a future event.

Ticket Limits

Certain shows will have a limit of 4 tickets per show per customer.  These limits are in place to ensure everyone gets an opportunity to come to popular shows.
 
Ticket Protection

All Ticket Orders are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.  For peace of mind, Ticket Protection is available to cover show cancellation due to weather or specified personal emergencies.  Ticket Protection is only available at the time of the ticket purchase.  You will not be able to purchase Ticket Protection at any time after the ticket purchase is completed.
