The Orange Blossom Opry respects your right to online privacy and collects no personal information without your knowledge and consent.  We do not use cookies, web bugs/web beacons, or any other method to track you covertly, and there is no requirement that you provide any personal information whatsoever in order to use this web site for the purpose for which it was designed.  However, if you do use our guestbook, special request, "recommend us to a friend", newsletter or like services, we may log your IP address, name, e-mail address and/or mailing address in order to:

           1.  Provide the service requested.

           2.  Combat the abuse we have encountered in providing such service.

If you do not wish to have such information collected, simply do not use these features!

We follow established practices and procedures designed to ensure the security and integrity of all data collected, and we treat all personal information as strictly confidential.  In addition, we restrict access to this information to only those with an established "need to know" and ensure everyone is well aware of the importance of safeguarding this information and of preventing its unauthorized access, disclosure and/or use.  Our web site is hosted by PowWeb, Inc. , a provider of professional web hosting services, and they have adequate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and/or alteration of that information stored on their servers.  Our "To recommend us to a Friend" service is provided by Refer Me and, although we are notified of the use of this service and the names and e-mail addresses of the parties involved, we neither use nor retain any of this information.

We do provide links to third-party sites over which we have no control.  Although we try to ensure that these sites meet our own high standards in regard to your privacy, we can not quarantee any such thing, or, in turn, be held responsible for the content or the privacy polices of these sites.  We trust you understand!
